HOA Dues
Understanding your HOA dues and what they support
Annual Dues (2026-2027)
Mandatory annual dues help maintain our community amenities and common areas. The gate lock is being changed on June 20, 2026 — all homeowners will receive a new key upon paying their dues (turn in your old key; we recycle).
Payment Schedule
- Due Date: June 1, 2026
- Key Exchange: New gate keys will be distributed (and old keys collected) on June 20, 2026 — pay at the annual meeting table to receive yours that day
- Lost/Missing Key Fee: An additional $25 is charged for a lost or missing key (on top of the $75 dues)
- Late Penalty: A 10% penalty applies to any outstanding dues not paid in full within 120 days of the June 1st due date
