New HOA Online Portal

Did you know that Bahia Bay now has a new web portal that will enable you to pay your dues online as well as stay up to date with all news/events!

Head to Pay HOA to register for an account and set up your profile.
To set up your account, head to https://app.payhoa.com/auth/login and click the link to Sign Up

Then select Homeowner

From here, you’ll just need to enter your email address and some basic information about your property address to enroll.
