Attention all Bahia Bay homeowners! 📣 It's time for our annual HOA meeting, and we need your participation to make our community even better! Join us on Saturday, May 18th, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM for this important event. 🤝

🔑 HOA Dues Collection & Key Exchange (9:00 AM – 10:00 AM)

• Bring your 2023 key to exchange it for the new one
• Pay $75.00 for annual HOA dues and the new key
• If you've lost your old key or fail to return it, an additional $25.00 fee will be required

🗳️ General Meeting (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM)

• Sign up for exciting social events and help shape our community's future!
• Receive updates on the Access Lot and discuss any concerns or suggestions

👦👧 Attn: Kids of Bahia Bay

If you're selling products for school/activity fundraisers or would like to advertise for a summer job (mowing lawns, walking dogs), sell/advertise at the HOA Meeting!
