Annual Meeting Announcement

The Bahia Bay HOA is announcing our annual meeting scheduled for Saturday, May 17th, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Homeowner participation is essential for community improvement!

General Meeting (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM)

The agenda includes voting on new board members and discussing three options for replacing the community's stationary pier:

• Option 1: Community volunteers handle the work ($9,500 for materials)
• Option 2: Brandon Cassarino's quote ($16,000 - he previously replaced a floating dock)
• Option 3: South Shore Docks quote ($18,000)

Note: These quotes were obtained in January 2025 and require updating before finalization.

Additional meeting items include signing up for social events, discussing the access lot, and recruiting members at large to contribute to community governance.

HOA Dues Collection & Key Exchange (11:00 AM)

Attendees should bring their 2024 keys to exchange for new ones while paying the annual $75 HOA dues.

Important: Those without old keys or unable to return them face an additional $25 fee.
